Her education in visual design coupled with her experience in both interactive and advertising agencies enables her to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders to plan, develop, design and deliver user experiences that are elegant and effective.

Her focus is user strategy and research, with an emphasis on usability and developing effective user experience strategies that can be measured against well-defined business and user objectives.
